PRO WRESTLER TRAINING · ORLANDO

Strength & Conditioning for Pro Wrestlers in Orlando

Your wrestling school teaches you to work in the ring. We build the body that has to survive it: the strength to base and lift, the engine to go the distance, and the frame that holds up to bumps week after week. Ari Levy coaches pro wrestlers online and in person in the Orlando area, and you can watch the work on camera with Tiffany Stratton and Trick Williams.

What a tryout actually tests

Reports from pro wrestling tryouts and school evaluations describe the same pattern: a physical on day one, then long, hard conditioning before anyone looks at your in-ring work. Athletes who arrive strong but out of condition fade first. Size and a highlight reel get you in the door. Conditioning decides whether anyone sees what you can do.

How we train wrestlers

  • A strength base for lifting, carrying and basing a partner: squat, hinge, press, pull and loaded carries
  • Upper back, neck and trunk strength so your body is better prepared for the impact of bumps
  • Match conditioning: repeat hard efforts with short recovery, built up to the length of a long match and a tryout session
  • Power and explosiveness through Olympic lifting and jumps, coached by a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance coach
  • Mobility and recovery work so you can train in the ring and in the gym in the same week
  • A plan for the camera: building and holding a physique without wrecking your energy for training

We work around your ring schedule

Ring training beats you up. We plan your lifting and conditioning around your school nights, shows and travel, and pull back when the ring work is heavy. You get a coach who sees the whole week, not a program that ignores it.

Questions

Do you teach in-ring wrestling?

No. In-ring skills belong to your wrestling school and trainers. We handle strength, conditioning, mobility and physique so you get more out of every ring session.

Can I train in person in Orlando?

Yes. Wrestlers in the Orlando area can train in person with us at our private facility. 1:1 coaching also works online anywhere.

How long before a tryout should I start?

The earlier the better. Twelve weeks gives us time to build strength and then sharpen conditioning for the date. If your date is closer, apply anyway and we will plan for the time you have.

What does it cost?

1:1 coaching is $395 per month. If you want structured training without a coach, the A&E app starts at $49 per month.

How do I start?

Fill out the application with your wrestling school, your schedule and your goal date. Ari reviews every application and follows up with next steps.
