WRESTLING S&C · CENTRAL FLORIDA
Wrestling Strength & Conditioning in Orlando
Strength and conditioning for high school, college and club wrestlers in Orlando and Central Florida. Wrestling wins are built in the third period: the athlete who is still strong and still moving when the other one is breathing hard. We build that athlete, online or in person in the Orlando area, coached by a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance coach.
What we train
- Full-body strength for hand fighting, finishing shots and holding position: squat, hinge, pull, press and carries
- Neck, grip and trunk strength, the areas wrestling punishes most
- Match conditioning built around three hard periods with short breaks
- Explosive power for shots and scrambles through jumps and Olympic lift variations
- Mobility and recovery so lifting supports mat practice instead of competing with it
Off-season, preseason and in-season
The plan changes with the calendar. Off-season is for building strength and size inside your weight class. Preseason sharpens conditioning so the first weeks of practice do not break you down. In-season we keep strength up with short, focused sessions that leave you fresh for matches.
Making weight
We do not do crash weight cuts. We help you train and eat to compete at a weight that keeps you strong, within your state's weight certification rules and alongside your wrestling coach.
Who it's for
- High school wrestlers getting ready for the season or the postseason
- College and club wrestlers who want a structured strength program
- Wrestlers moving into other combat sports or pro wrestling
- Parents looking for a qualified strength coach for a young wrestler
Questions
Do you coach technique?
No. Technique belongs to your wrestling coach. We handle strength, conditioning and recovery so your time on the mat goes further.
Do you work with teams and clubs?
Coaches and club directors can reach us through the application or the contact page to talk about strength sessions for a group.
Can my wrestler train in person?
Yes. Athletes in the Orlando area can train in person with us at our private facility. 1:1 coaching also works online.
What does it cost?
1:1 coaching is $395 per month. The A&E app, with structured programs you follow on your own, starts at $49 per month.
